Terms & Conditions

Acknowledge that you have been informed of the treatment you will be having.

Agree that you have completed consultation and/or a patch test if it was necessary.

No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.

If the appointment is cancelled before 24hours the deposit will be refunded or carried on to a next appointment. If not, you will loose your deposit and will have to book a new appointment.
